These are amazing!! Most of all they are kid approved! This batch only makes 12 small cookies so I like to double it! (Well my hubby tells me too!)
Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies
- 1 1/4 C of Almond Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 cup of Raw Honey
- 2 teaspoons of water
- 1/8 cup of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of 65% or more cacao choc chips
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, grease the sheet and bake at 325F for 4-8min depending on how chewy you want them- I take mine out when they start to look golden on the top- let completely cool and enjoy!
