Booty Workout – July

Thrusters are my favorite, add in some burpees and you have an awesome workout! It’s a Full body workout but mostly a phenomenal booty workout!  You can use a bar without weights or even some hand weights! If you have hand weights, Go down to a full squat weights by your side, touch the ground and standing up bring them to a press over your head. Enjoy! Happy July 1st!!
