  • 30 hops squats in and out or squat side steps
  • 1 min weighted wall sit
  • 20 squat with weighed adductor each side
  • 1 min weighed wall sit
  • 20 bent over leg leg extensions both sides
  • 1 min weighted wall sit
  • 1-2 rounds!
